Chester Lizak Recognized as Top 100 Trial Lawyers in Illinois

Chester Lizak, partner at DiMonte & Lizak in Park Ridge, Illinois, has been named as one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in Illinois by the American Trial Lawyers Association.  Mr. Lizak is a 1963 graduate of DePaul College of Law and has received numerous awards over the years, including the Award of Merit in 2006 from the Advocates Society, the Distinguished Service Award from DePaul College of Law and one of the Top Illinois Super Lawyers of 2006 in Chicago Magazine.  Mr. Lizak has tried more than twenty criminal cases and twenty civil cases to verdict and has been involved in more than forty appeals, four of which involved cases of first impression in Illinois.  Mr. Lizak is a Past President (1980-1981) of the Advocates Society.
